Update May 2017

A May 2017 Microsft security update for Windows 10 conflicted with a major routine in FileBoss resulting in FileBoss not starting on some Windows 10 systems.

Menu Changes for FileBoss V2.5

There are a number of cosmetic and wording changes in the menus for version 2.5 the significant changes (such as for new tools) are shown below.

If you have highly customized menus you might want to answer 'No' to the question

and then add these changes as needed via customization(right click on the menu and select the Customization item at the bottom of the popup menu).

The significant changes, as shown below are:

1) The addition of New Folder to the File menu.

2) The addition of Backup & Sync to the actions menu.

3) The addition of the Exclude menu as the first item under the View menu.
